Refund and Returns Policy

 

  • If on receipt of items, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We are dedicated to providing the best solution for you.
  • If you become aware your needs have changed before dispatch, please phone or email us as soon as possible.
  • No refunds are given where a change of mind has occurred.
  • In the event that you receive a defective product, please notify us ASAP via phone or email so that we can attempt to resolve or replace the item.
  • We only accept returns and replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.
  • Upon delivery if your items, please check for any transit damage and notify us within 48 hours if your order has been damaged. Claims may not be recognised if advised later than 48 hours.
  • This Refund Policy does not apply to goods that have been used & damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
